The Short Version
We don't collect anything. No accounts, no tracking, no data leaving your phone. Everything stays on your device.
What We Collect
Nothing. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
Your Data Stays on Your Phone
All data you enter in What's for Dinner? — your meals, preferences, and history — is stored locally on your device using your phone's built-in storage. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
No Accounts Required
You don't need to create an account or provide an email address to use this app. We have no servers and no way to identify you.
Notifications
If you enable dinner reminders, those notifications are handled entirely by your device's operating system. We don't use them to collect data or communicate with any outside service.
Third Parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or give your data to anyone — because we don't have it.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever update this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Since we don't collect data, significant changes are unlikely.
