Getting Started
Add your dinners from the Dinners tab, then head to the Menu tab to get a suggestion. The app tracks what you've eaten recently and surfaces meals you haven't had in a while.
Logging a Meal
Tap any dinner on the Menu screen to log it. If it's before 2 PM, it logs to yesterday — otherwise it logs to today. You can also add or edit past entries from the History tab.
Favorites & Blocked Meals
Mark a dinner as a favorite to give it a boost in suggestions. Block a dinner to keep it out of the Menu entirely. Both can be toggled from the Dinners tab.
Reminders
Enable daily dinner reminders in Settings. You'll get a notification each morning if the previous day wasn't logged. You can turn this off at any time from Settings or your device's notification settings.
Backing Up Your Data
Go to Settings and use the Export option to save a copy of your dinners and history as a JSON file. You can restore it later using the Import option on any device.
Resetting the App
A full data reset is available in Settings. This permanently deletes all dinners and history. Export a backup first if you want to keep your data.
